L'espace diagnostic de la téléconsultation : de l’observation « du travail sensoriel » à l'émergence d'un « Sensory ordering » pour soutenir la décision clinique

Sylvie GROSJEAN est l'invitée de l'axe 2, le 5 juillet et présente son travail sur la part sensorielle de la prise de décision clinique en contexte de télémédecine.

Biographie :

Sylvie Grosjean (Ph.D.) is full professor at the University of Ottawa and researcher at the Montfort’s Knowledge Institute (Ottawa). She is also the chair of the Com&Tech Innovations Lab (http://ctilab.ca). Her current research interests include the design and implementation of telehealth innovations (e.g. mHealth, remote monitoring, Machine Learning) as well organizational communication by studying the role of technologies (e.g. Medical Information Systems, Telemedicine technologies) on care coordination and clinical decision-making. She uses qualitative methods (e.g. video-ethnography, digital ethnography, visual methods, narrative interviews, interaction analysis) and she applies Participatory Design Approach in the development of eHealth solutions.
